- 10:00 AM: The festivities commence with the “Bharatiyam Exhibition and Seminar on India-Sri Lanka Relations and Sustainable Tourism” at the Board Room, Faculty of Arts, University of Colombo.
- 4:00 PM: The High Commissioner of India will inaugurate “Bharat Kosh” at the Colombo Public Library, officially launching the week.
- 13 August 2024, Tuesday:
- 10:00 AM: A panel discussion on “India-Sri Lanka Cultural Relations and Shared Buddhist Heritage” will be held at the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka, accompanied by the Bharatiyam exhibition.

- 10:30 AM: An interactive lecture demonstration and workshop on Indian folk performances will take place at the Visual and Performing Arts University.
