Prof. Ankuran Dutta’s dedication to fostering cultural understanding was further highlighted as Mr. Dipak Das, Managing Director of Lanka IOC, graced the event as the chief guest. In his address, Mr. Das emphasized the significance of events like Vasantotsav in strengthening the bonds between India and Sri Lanka.
