“An Invitation to the Noor Experience” – a meet and greet session and initiation to the event was successfully held at the scenic Beach Hut, Mount Lavinia Hotel, on Saturday, 3rd June 2023,and hosted by the charismatic founders of “Noor” Ms. Nuzha Nizar and Ms.Izlima Kareem. The event was attended by a number of invitees and guests from various walks of life, all coming together to share their common interest in holistic healing, inner energy, femininity, personal growth and transformation, while connecting with fellow ladies on a personal level and forming new friendships.
The Noor Experience event began with a light hearted meet and greet session with interactive activities that enabled guests to have fun while introducing themselves to the group, that was followed by an introduction to the concept of Noor by the founder .
The evening wrapped up with a very soul searching 15 minute guided meditation session where guests were able to visualise the colours of the rainbow one by one and explore their inner energy through each colour.
Ms. Nuzha Nizar introduced guests to the event by explaining the Noor concept of energy healing and sisterhood. She stated that the healing mainly focuses on the concept of creating a life of bliss, abundance and flow and the services provided by Noor are specially customised, which will allow women to learn, love and live in harmony. Nuzha emphasised that the curated services are provided by a team of passionate, female and experienced, licensed medicine practitioners. While many sessions will be held online, Nuzha stated that they are in the process of developing a safe space where women can meet and share their thoughts, along with monthly gatherings.
Speaking to guests and media, Ms. Izlima Kareem stated that there will be paid services such as cupping, workshops on Womb Wellness,Gut Health & Nutrition, Reikhi, Dance Therapy and embodiment of feminine radiance. The Noor Experience offers monthly gatherings and ceremonies and a plan to introduce an affiliate payment system for members only, where women can actively build the Noor group by introducing new members to the community. She further stated that Noor, which means “Light” in Arabic, is an experience that literally brings women together to heal their “feminine energy” within a sisterhood.
Ms.Nuzha Nizar elaborated that Noor services offers “Magical Soul Aligned signature healing programs customized and curated to assist women in the journey to envisioning and creating the highest grandest version of themselves – an integrative wellness pattern. Nuzha explained that womb healing is an essential part in bringing the sacral chakra into balance and connecting with the feminine energy or “ying” which is mostly suppressed due to patriarchal programming.
