She has already acted in several movies and Tele-dramas, and her newest film is scheduled to be released in theaters next month.

Jayana has also appeared in numerous music videos. As a professional dancer, she teaches at an international school and has also worked as a choreographer for several dramas. Initially, Jayana was chosen to act in movies because of her exceptional dancing skills, but now she has become a renowned and talented actress.

“Because of her extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of dancing and acting, we asked Jayana about her thoughts on body positivity.”

Jayana , emphasizes the importance of inner beauty and self-confidence: “True beauty comes from the inside out. It’s about feeling confident in your own skin and being comfortable with who you are.” and she notes that body positivity is about embracing diversity and rejecting narrow beauty standards: “We must recognize that there are many ways to be beautiful, and that what makes us unique is what makes us beautiful.”

Jayana says, “We need to dismantle the system of oppression that keeps us all hating ourselves and feeling not good enough. We need to work together to break down the false hierarchy of beauty and reject the idea that there is a single standard of beauty.”

She stresses the importance of radical self-love: “We need to embrace our bodies as they are, flaws and all. We need to stop judging ourselves and others based on appearance and focus on the inner qualities that truly matter.”
